With over a decade of working in Kids and Student ministry, Mitch Royer has gained tremendous experience from working with a variety of churches and mega-churches including, Willow Creek in Chicago, IL, Sun Valley Community Church in Phoenix, AZ, and LifeAustin of Austin, TX. As an Associate with Slingshot Group, Mitch desires to help churches build remarkable teams and develop the leaders in their NextGen ministries. Growing up as a pastor’s kid, Mitch fell in love with the local church. He has a drive and passion to help churches reach kids and students for Jesus. Born in Indiana, Mitch has a communications degree from Indiana University, and his master’s degree in ministry leadership. Among his many accomplishments in NextGen ministry, Mitch is most proud of breaking the Guinness Book of World’s Record for “Most people dressed as rabbits” on March 31, 2018. Mitch and his wife, Stacy, reside in Austin, Texas with their two amazing kids, Fiona and McNeely James.
