As Vice President of Candidate Relations, Charissa leads an amazing team in the care, leadership, and development of our candidates. Her heart beats for helping people steward transition in a way that brings hope, growth and a healthy motivation to pursue God’s next for their journey. Previously Charissa served on staff for nearly 20 years at LifeBridge Christian Church in Colorado in the areas of experience and operations where she built teams, recruited and trained leaders, and managed large scale projects. Early in her career, Charissa and her husband Bob were involved in small business ownership and raising their now two adult children who happen to both be Firefighters in the Denver area. She loves to cook and can organize, remodel and problem solve just about anything!
