|The greatest need for this Worship Pastor position is to provide a worship culture full of vision and to raise up other worship leaders and musicians to reach their potential. Grace Fellowship Church is experiencing massive growth. With many solid team members and volunteers, they are ready for strong leadership to propel them into the future. This Worship Pastor will begin serving as the primary lead worshiper in the weekend services, while developing more worship leaders to grow the team.
