|Brentwood Baptist Church is a large, dynamic, and growing Southern Baptist church with a well-established history of changing lives for Christ throughout the greater Nashville, Tennessee area as well as around the world. Central to the mission and identity of Brentwood Baptist Church is its value of worship. The worship ministry has many expressions but has thrived in each campus and venue when it provides meaningful worship experiences for people to connect to God.
6,000 people gather for worship each weekend across six campuses. A little over half of this number attend worship on the Brentwood Campus. Their worship style is diverse offering parallel tracks of both modern and choir/orchestra-driven leadership in five services weekly. They are blessed with world-class leaders, a large volunteer community and a commitment to excellence, involvement, and care.

|Position Description *|
|The Brentwood campus Worship Minister is responsible to the church, under the direction of the Executive Pastor for the development and supervision of a comprehensive music and worship program, the planning and conducting of worship services with the Senior Pastor, and special events within and related to the Brentwood campus that support the church’s goals and strategies. These duties include the direct supervision of the Brentwood campus worship staff and volunteers.
They seek a leader who has a passion for the church and to help people be introduced to Jesus by being discipled through worship. This person will have high skill level to lead music that translates to meaningful worship expressions. They must also possess the ability to lead a high functioning worship ministry including choir and orchestra, also the heart and skills to efficiently and effectively lead and manage a staff, ministries, teams, processes and systems.
