The vision of Brentwood Baptist is in response to God’s leading, we will pursue 10,000 “disciples making disciples” relationships as a result of initiating 500,000 gospel conversations in which we will share the whole gospel of Jesus Christ with our neighbors and nations; and we will create a church multiplication movement that results in 100 healthy congregations in Middle Tennessee and beyond.

Since the beginning, the mission of members at this rapidly growing congregation has been to introduce others to Jesus Christ. Since 1969, we’ve grown and so has our calling to reach people in our communities, in our country, and around the world.
Brentwood Baptist has grown to a membership of over 10,000 with 8 campuses in the greater Nashville area. Brentwood Baptist not only has significant local influence but national global one as as well.
|The Senior Executive Pastor is responsible for the general management of church operations across all campuses and for ensuring that all of the church’s resources are directed towards the accomplishment of our desired outcomes as stated in the church’s mission, vision, strategies and objectives.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate closely with the Senior Pastor in formulating and clarifying the church’s long-term vision for the church at the highest organizational level. Translate that into actionable plans that all other organizational levels will adopt and accomplish.
Provide leadership and direction to the entire organization to ensure that all church resources (including staff, finances, ministries, systems/processes and otherwise) are directed towards the accomplishment of desired outcomes as stated in the church’s mission, vision, strategies and objectives.
Supervise all members of the Senior Leadership Team, directing their collaborative work in order to make needed directional decisions on behalf of the church.
Provide both spiritual and strategic leadership to the organization that results in the health of the staff and long-term growth of the church.
