The worship and message are both very authentic and Bible based. The Mission of NCC is loving God, loving people and Disciples making disciples. The Vision of NCC is reaching the world for Jesus Christ by creating relational environments for the purpose of making disciples who can make disciples. The desire of Northshore Christian Church is to be a welcoming “come as you are” place where everyone can feel connected. NCC endeavors to be contemporary to our culture without compromising the Word of God, and strives to be a community that encourages people to experience God and grow as biblical disciples of Jesus Christ in a relational environment.
Northshore Christian Church is located in Everett, Washington. Everett is the county seat of and the largest city in Snohomish County. It is located 25 miles north of Seattle and is one of the main cities in the metropolitan area and Puget Sound region, tucked between the Cascade Mountains and the Puget Sound.

|The opportunity at Northshore Christian Church is truly unique. It will present the right person with the opportunity to lead a great staff that is hard working and ready to take new ground for the Kingdom. They will teach a group of people who are generous, loving, and hungry to learn and grow as well as partner with experienced leaders full of wisdom and passion, and young leaders who are making a difference.
The Lead Pastor is responsible for leadership and spiritual direction at NCC. The Lead Pastor is the chief under-shepherd, vision-caster, preacher, and leader. The main focus is to preach the Word of God, and direct the leadership and congregation of Northshore to salvation and spiritual development. The responsibilities and accountabilities include management of all Northshore ministries and programs, setting the “framework” to establish a high-performance organization. This individual will display thorough knowledge and abilities to implement Northshore’s mission, vision, values, dreams, and ministry strategies. B.A. or B.S. degree in Emphasis Area or equivalent work in church-related experience required.
