|Brave Church is in need of a Children’s Director who can bring vision and leadership to the families and children of this church. A leader is needed that can recruit and develop volunteers to carry out the vision of reaching kids and families for Christ. The Children’s Director must be able to create and implement strategies that will create an environment that is welcoming, engaging, safe and fun for the kids that come to experience the ministry at Brave.
This role will need to build on a foundation of volunteers within their ministry and needs to set a course for the weekend programming that will increase the number of families choosing to come to Brave Church. The Children’s Director will also need to strategize how to reach families in the community to come to Brave Church. This leader must be administratively gifted, articulate, strategic, encouraging, enthusiastic and lead with a pastor’s heart for kids and families.
