|Redemption Church is a growing multi-site ministry in South Alabama. With Southern Baptist roots, Redemption has a rich heritage and a bright future. Senior Pastor, Ed Litton, is passionate about teaching and shepherding the people who call Redemption Church “home”. More than 1200 people attend weekly at both locations and experience contemporary worship, a Bible-focused and applicable message, as well as opportunities to serve in local and global missions.

|Redemption Church is searching for a Campus Pastor to serve as the spiritual shepherd of the West campus. Launched in November 2016, attendance is averaging 300 each weekend. There is great opportunity to reach more people in this community and see lives changed through the transformational work of Jesus.
The Campus Pastor is responsible for executing the strategy, vision and values of Redemption Church to that community. This leader will act as the primary communicator of the West campus, working to reach, disciple, and deploy leadership teams for the ministry. He will engage with the community and be a visible pastoral presence on the campus. Leading the paid staff as well as volunteer leaders, the Campus Pastor will ensure the excellence of Next Gen ministry, Worship, Groups and First Impressions.
The right leader is a strong communicator who is passionate about outreach, leadership development, and shepherding. Formal biblical education is a requirement, and a qualified candidate will stand in agreement with Southern Baptist beliefs and teachings.
