Montgomery Church is in an exciting season of ministry of pursuing new people and building a new facility – debt free! A highly relational and experienced leader is needed to help connect people to Jesus and the church. The leadership team is so missional and motivated – there are great things to come!
Montgomery Church has a rich history and a future full of opportunity. Leadership and the people are excited and motivated about the new season of ministry that includes adding a growth-focused worship gathering, moving to a modern new debt-free facility within 18 months, and increasing energies towards local outreach, young families and people. The church’s new facility will be next door to their current location, and a new public charter school serving young families will move into the church’s existing facility which MCC has sold.
We exist to 1) GATHER together for Spirit-filled worship, 2) GROW spiritually and receive pastoral care in life groups, and 3) GO into our immediate neighborhood to address unmet needs. Our mission is making disciples of Jesus Christ who love God and love others – resulting in transformed lives and transformed culture. As disciples of Jesus Christ, we will be a people who: Love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. We will live lives of worship, holy and pleasing to God; devote ourselves to spiritual growth and disciplines; and live sacrificially, giving of our time, talent and treasure.
